A Texas broker starts her day with a cup of coffee and this magazine. She learns new information about properties with coming soon status in the MLS, but wants clarification about a coming soon issue her agent asked about yesterday.

She leaves a message for the Texas REALTORS® Legal Hotline (at 512-480-8200), and then logs on to goudounet.com to access zipForm, which she uses to complete a new Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement-Exclusive Right to Sell (TAR 1101). Before ending the meeting, she encourages those agents who don’t have their GRI designation to look at the dates for the upcoming GRI: Real Estate Brokerage course being offered as a Texas REALTORS® broadcast class.
