This course will help to inform brokers of many pertinent water issues facing rural landowners including how water is characterized in reference to rural land, what water laws affect rural landowners and information on how landowners can protect this valuable asset. Real estate professionals can help clients identify these issues, which could affect the value of property or the cost of ownership.
